What the bot keeps about members of the Garena Free Fire Latin America server.
Who runs the bot
The Garena x MMLLC team runs the bot for that community server only. It is not public, and also runs on a staging copy and a small development server.
What the bot reads
The bot reads message text live, for moderation only: removing outside invites and links, the honeypot channel, deleting repeats, and copying edited and deleted messages to a staff-only channel. No message text is stored outside Discord; ticket transcripts go to the ticket log channel at close.
What the bot stores
On the team's own encrypted server:
- Discord user id with activity points, level and message count (leveling).
- Recent usernames and nicknames per member (moderation lookups).
- Roles the bot puts back if you leave and rejoin, such as a mute or a self-picked group role (stored as role ids per member).
- Ticket records and statistics, per member and per staff member.
- Warnings issued by staff (a moderation record).
- Server backups: member ids with their roles, the ban list as user ids, and the channel and role setup; no usernames or messages.
Leveling is in a calibration phase, not yet visible to members. It counts messages per member and is set to award a role at level 10 when it goes live.
How long we keep it
Ticket statistics are kept 90 days. Leveling data, name history and restored-role records stay until you ask us to delete them or the bot leaves. Warnings last as long as the server's moderation records. Backups run weekly, kept three weeks.
How to ask for deletion
Run .mydata forgetme in the server to file a deletion request, open a support ticket, or email contact@melocrit.com. The team then removes your leveling data, name history, restored-role record and ticket statistics, and confirms. Moderation records (warnings and staff log channels) are kept to protect the server and are not removed. Garena requests use the contact in its privacy policy.
What we never do
We never sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers, use message text to train AI or machine-learning models, or contact you outside Discord. Direct messages are only ticket and warning notices.

Reporting a problem
To report a problem, open a support ticket or tell any staff member.
Age
The bot follows Discord's minimum age and does not knowingly keep data on anyone under 13.

This page explains what Little Crow reads, what it keeps, and how to ask us to delete your data, for members of the HAIKYU!! FLY HIGH community server.
Who runs the bot
Little Crow is run by our team, Garena x MMLLC, for the HAIKYU!! FLY HIGH community server. It is not public and cannot be invited elsewhere.
What the bot reads and does not keep
The bot reads messages as they arrive to remove outside server invites, catch accounts that post in a trap channel, and receive commands staff type in channel. It reads this live and stores no message text off Discord. Ticket transcripts are made when a ticket closes and stay on Discord.
What the bot stores
On our own encrypted server we keep:
- recent usernames and display names seen for each user, for moderation lookups;
- recent nicknames for each member;
- support-ticket records and per-member and per-staff ticket statistics;
- a member-count history and invite-code usage counts for the server, as counts, not per-member records;
- staff warnings, as a moderation record.
We do not store message text, leveling data or server backups.
How long we keep it
- Ticket statistics: 90 days.
- Name and nickname history: until you ask us to delete it, or the bot leaves.
- Warnings: as long as the server keeps its moderation records.
- Member-count history: counts only.
How to ask for deletion
Run .mydata forgetme in the server to file a request, open a support ticket from the ticket panel, or email us at contact@melocrit.com. We remove your stored name history and ticket statistics and confirm back. We keep moderation records (warnings and the staff log channel) because they protect the server; a deletion request cannot remove those.
What we never do
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or brokers. We do not use message content to train machine learning or AI models. We do not message you directly except for ticket notices, or contact you outside Discord.

Age
Discord sets a minimum age you must meet to be here. We do not knowingly keep data about anyone under 13.
